about.jpg

I am a farmer, photographer and soul-centered guide living on Vashon Island in the Puget Sound of Washington State.

My family and I run a small dairy and livestock farm. Here, work and life blend together into an indistinguishable unity. The difference between drudgery and open-hearted presence is in my approach. My camera slows things down, inviting curiosity and vision.

My photography traces the journey of arriving in my body and finding the sacred core in even the most forsaken places. I am attracted to the gestalt charm in the places I find myself in and have made it my work to portray that beauty.

Photography is a meditative process for me. Some days are a struggle, other days are magic. Both are beautiful and necessary.
